Delete a contact

DELETE 
/v1/contacts/:contact_id

Deletes the contact and every debt the contact is the last party to. When one of those debts has a compliance flag (cease_desist, debt_disputed, coerced_debt, refusal_to_pay or fraud_or_identity_theft), the request fails with 409 contact-has-flagged-debts and deletes nothing. The message lists the debt_external_id of each flagged debt. Send force=true to delete those debts too.

Permissions - contacts.delete, plus debts.delete when the delete also deletes a debt (403 otherwise, and nothing is deleted). API keys - manage.
