Delete a contact identity
DELETE/v1/contacts/:contact_id/identities/:identity_id
Soft-deletes an identity. The row is stamped deleted and stops appearing in the contact's identity list, but it is retained so any consent recorded against it — including opt-outs — is preserved and stays enforced. A later inbound message from the same value, or re-adding it via the upsert endpoint, revives the same identity row rather than creating a new one with an empty consent history. The contact's primary phone/email field is left unchanged. Deleting an already-deleted identity returns 404. Deleting the parent contact does remove its identities and their consent records.
