Get a campaign subscriber

/v1/campaigns/:campaign_id/subscribers/:subscriber_id

Permissions - campaign.read. API keys - manage.

Returns subscriber details. For campaigns with NBA enabled, includes the contact journey (sessions and NBA decisions, oldest first) from the durable event history: the full history, or the entries between start_date and end_date. Session transcripts are not part of that history: messages is omitted unless include_messages=true, which loads each session's transcript (one lookup per session).
