Return a contact as it was at a past time
GET/v1/contacts/:contact_id/as-of
Rebuilds the contact's tracked fields (name, email, phone, external id, time zone, country, state, preferences, deceased and each custom field) as they were at at, from the contact's change history, and lists each field whose value then differs from today, with its latest change. The history starts when the contact's first change was recorded (history_starts_at). For an earlier at, a field that has not changed since that start shows today's value. A contact created after at returns existed: false.
