Get a contact recap

GET 
/v1/contacts/:contact_id/recap

Returns what an agent may know about a returning contact in one call: the contact, up to 20 active memories (most recently updated first), and the contact's latest conversations that have an AI summary, newest first. Test sessions and sessions without a summary are skipped. When the analytics read fails, conversations is empty and the memories are still returned. Permissions - contacts.read. API keys - manage.
