List the campaigns of a contact
GET/v1/contacts/:contact_id/campaigns
Permissions - contacts.read, campaigns.read. API keys - manage.
Returns one row per campaign subscription of the contact, newest first by default.
Rows of agentic campaigns carry next_action.
