Return the status history of a debt

GET 
/v1/debts/:debt_id/events

Every status change of the debt, oldest first. The first event records the status the debt was created with, so its previous_status is null. A debt created before this history existed starts at its first change.

Permissions - contacts.read + debts.read. API keys - manage.
