List dialog references

GET 
/v1/brains/:brain_id/dialogs/:dialog_id/references

Lists trigger_node_id references from other dialogs in the same brain that point at a node inside the given dialog. Useful to safely delete or refactor a dialog. Permissions - brains.read. API keys - manage.
