List the speech providers of this region
GET/v1/speech-models/providers
Permissions - speech_models.read. API keys - manage. One entry per provider: its STT and TTS models, whether Moveo hosts it in this region with its own key, and whether the account can add a speech model for it. defaults is the region's default speech step per language.
