List voice config presets

Returns the canonical voice config bundles, keyed by channel (web, twilio, telnyx) then language preset (en, el, pt-br). The console applies its channel's bundle when a preset is selected. Static; not integration-scoped. Permissions - integrations.read. API keys - manage.
