Publish a simulation turn correction
POST/v1/brains/:brain_id/simulations/runs/:run_id/evaluations/:evaluation_id/corrections
Permissions - brains.write. API keys - manage. Publishes a reviewer
correction for a single turn (request_id) inside an evaluation's session.
session_id, account_id, edited_by, and language are derived
server-side; the client only sends the turn identifier and the amended text.
Emits a simulation:correction Kafka event.
