Send message to a session

Send a message to an active chat session. Messages are recorded in Analytics and incur usage charges. Permissions - desks.read and sessions.write. API keys - manage, use.

Message response. When the session is flagged as spam, the body is an empty object: the message is dropped and no reply is sent.
