Link a contact to a debt or change its role

/v1/debts/:debt_id/parties/:contact_id

Links a contact of the account to the debt with the role in the body. When the contact is already linked, its role changes. The debt needs no existing party.

Permissions - contacts.read + debts.write. API keys - manage.
