Stop a campaign subscriber
POST/v1/campaigns/:campaign_id/subscribers/:subscriber_id/stop
Permissions - campaign.write. API keys - manage.
Stops a subscriber in an in-progress campaign: sets skip_fallback, cancels pending no-response transitions, marks the subscriber terminal, and for agentic (NBA) campaigns cancels the NBA job and guards lifecycle_status to 'stopped' (compliance-driven terminal states are preserved).
