Validate AI agent authoring guidelines

Advisory LLM check over the eight free-text authoring fields - goal, overview, features, loyalty, objections, custom_instructions, custom_guidelines and channel_guidelines - plus optional prev_recommendation so repeated calls do not nag with the same issue. PATCH …/guidelines accepts more fields than this, but the rest (reminders, response_size, tone_of_voice and the other settings) carry no prose to review, so they are not accepted here. Persists nothing. Permissions - brains.write. API keys - manage.
