Validate simulation authoring
POST/v1/brains/:brain_id/simulations/validate
Advisory LLM check for a simulation scenario and pass criteria. Returns actionable feedback (vague pass criteria, incoherent scenario, etc.) without persisting anything. Accepts a partial draft (any subset of authoring fields, at least one required). Permissions - brains.write. API keys - manage.
