AI Agents

An AI agent constitutes the logic of your virtual assistant. It contains all the necessary information, that allow Moveo to use its NLP engine, in order to engage in a natural conversation with the end user.

More specifically an AI agent contains the following:

• Language (English, Greek, etc.)
• Setup
• Knowledge
• Logs
• Versions

The AI Agent configuration allows businesses to customize its behaviorto align with goals and user needs. Editable elements include defining objectives, selecting a Tone of voice, adjusting Response length, and incorporating tailored knowledge such as Product overviews and Objection-handling strategies. Custom guidelines can also be added to address specific use cases, ensuring the agent adapts to specialized workflows effectively.

Create a new AI agent

1. Click on the ⚡ AI Agents icon on the top menu.
2. Click + Add AI agent.
3. Select one of the types.
4. Fill name and language.

You can also import an already exported AI agent by selecting the Import AI agent option. In the next step you can drag and drop your AI agent, in the form of a JSON file.

Try out your AI agent

You can try out your AI agent by using its Test function. More on that can be found in the relevant section.

Export an AI agent

1. Click on the ⚡ AI Agents icon on the top menu.
2. Click on the three dots (⋮) icon, on the right side of the AI agent you want to export.

The exported AI agent will be a JSON file.
