Quick Responses

Quick Responses are a way for Human Agents to provide a quick response to the user. This is useful when you want to provide a quick response without having to type in a message.

Create a new quick response

On an open conversation, click on the Quick Responses icon in the bottom left corner of the chat box.

and then click on the Create new response button.

customize your response and click Save.

Using quick responses

Human Agent can type / to trigger the search of a quick response.

Select the quick response by navigating using up and down keys and pressing enter.

Search for a quick response

You can also search for a specific quick response directly in the chat box.

Edit a quick response

On an open conversation, click on the Quick Responses icon in the bottom left corner of the chat box.

Then click edit on the quick response you want to edit.

Delete a quick response

On an open conversation, click on the Quick Responses icon in the bottom left corner of the chat box.

Then click delete on the quick response you want to delete.
