Moveo's pricing plans include a number of free conversations with the AI agent. After you exceed this limit, Moveo charges an additional monthly fee per conversation. This fee applies only to meaningful conversations.
The Invoices page of your account holds the complete record of your financial transactions. Use it to track your billing history with Moveo.
Voice call billing
Your voice carrier bills each call on its own and rounds the call time up. The rule depends on
the carrier and the type of call. Moveo uses the same rules to report billable minutes, for example
in the list_voice_calls query of the Analytics API.
| Carrier | Call | Rounding | Example: a 29-second call |
|---|---|---|---|
| Telnyx | Inbound call | Up to the next 6 seconds, at least 6 | 30 seconds |
| Telnyx | Outbound call to a SIP address | Up to the next 6 seconds, at least 6 | 30 seconds |
| Telnyx | Any other outbound call | Up to the next minute | 1 minute |
| Twilio | Any call | Up to the next minute | 1 minute |
Some calls need extra care:
- A call that is answered and ends at 0 seconds. Telnyx bills one full step: 6 seconds on the 6-second rule, or 1 minute on the minute rule. Twilio bills nothing.
- A call with more than one leg. Each leg rounds on its own. When a Twilio call transfers to a human agent, the transfer is a second leg. Legs of 70 and 20 seconds bill 3 minutes, not 2.
- A web voice call. It has no carrier, so no per-minute carrier charge applies.
These rules match the carrier plans that Moveo checked. Your own carrier plan decides the final amount, so compare the billable minutes with your carrier invoice.
