It's likely that you are trying to log in using a different email address than the one we have in our records. Try logging in with a different email address, or if you're convinced that you're using the right credentials, contact us at support@moveo.ai.
My magic link is expired
The link expires in 20 minutes, the link can only be used on the device that requested the link. If a user forwards the email to a colleague, or the link is intercepted by another app on the phone, the link will not be usable.
I never received the magic link in my email
- If you’re not receiving the magic link, double check the email address in your profile in Moveo for any typos or spelling errors.
- If you’ve double checked your email address and are still having issues, it’s possible that all emails sent from us are being marked as spam or junk. Check the spam/junk folder in your email client.
- Blocked by firewall (try using a different network).
