I don’t see the accounts that I have been invited to

It's likely that you are trying to log in using a different email address than the one we have in our records. Try logging in with a different email address, or if you're convinced that you're using the right credentials, contact us at support@moveo.ai.

My magic link is expired

The link expires in 20 minutes and can only be used on the device that requested it. If a user forwards the email to a colleague or the link is intercepted by another app on the phone, the link will not be usable.

I never received the magic link in my email

  1. If you’re not receiving the magic link, double-check the email address in your profile in Moveo for any typos or spelling errors.
  2. If you’ve double-checked your email address and are still having issues, it’s possible that all emails sent from us are being marked as spam or junk. Check the spam/junk folder in your email client.
  3. If the email is blocked by a firewall, try using a different network.
