It's likely that you are trying to log in using a different email address than the one we have in our records. Try logging in with a different email address, or if you're convinced that you're using the right credentials, contact us at

My magic link is expired

The link expires in 20 minutes, the link can only be used on the device that requested the link. If a user forwards the email to a colleague, or the link is intercepted by another app on the phone, the link will not be usable.

I never received the magic link in my email

  1. If you’re not receiving the magic link, double check the email address in your profile in Moveo for any typos or spelling errors.
  2. If you’ve double checked your email address and are still having issues, it’s possible that all emails sent from us are being marked as spam or junk. Check the spam/junk folder in your email client.
  3. Blocked by firewall (try using a different network).
