Quick responses are a way for live agents to provide a quick response to the user. This is useful when you want to provide a quick response without having to type in a message.
Create a new quick response
On an open conversation, click on the Quick responses icon in the bottom left corner of the chat box. Click on + Create new response. Customize your response and click Save.

Use a quick response
A live agent can type / to trigger the search of a quick response. To select the quick response, navigate using the arrow keys and press Enter. You can also search for a specific quick response directly in the chat box.
Edit a quick response
On an open conversation, click on the Quick responses icon in the bottom left corner of the chat box. Then click Edit on the quick response you want to edit. You can also delete a quick response by clicking the delete icon 🗑️ on the quick response you want to delete.
