Collections through knowledge base

You can connect to an existing knowledge base to allow Moveo to ingest your articles. Moveo can be connected to any existing Intercom or Zendesk knowledge base.

Intercom

To establish a connection with Intercom, follow these steps:

  1. Choose the Intercom knowledge base as your data source.
  2. Click on the Connect button.
  3. Grant Moveo access to retrieve your articles by authorizing its access.
  4. Choose the specific articles you want your AI Agent to be able to answer.

For non-professional accounts, you need to publish your Intercom articles to have them appear in Moveo.

Zendesk

To establish a connection with Zendesk, follow these steps:

  1. Choose the Zendesk knowledge base as your data source.
  2. Fill in your Zendesk subdomain and your email.
  3. Generate an API token from Zendesk and fill it in the respective field.
  4. Choose the specific articles you want your AI Agent to be able to answer.
