Remove a party from a debt

DELETE 
/v1/contacts/:contact_id/debts/:debt_id/parties/:party_contact_id

Unlinks a contact from the debt. The debt itself and the contact both survive. Removing a link that does not exist returns 204 — except when it is the path contact's own link, since the route resolves the debt through that link: repeating a successful self-removal returns 404.

The debt's last party link cannot be removed — the debt would stay stored but become unreachable, since every :debt_id route resolves through a party link. Returns 409 (this route's only 409); delete the debt or link another party first.

Permissions - contacts.read + contacts.write (the checks run both; a write grant without the read grant is denied). API keys - manage.
